1）Development History
In 1956, Ningbo Dongfeng Radio factory was founded.
In 1975, Ningbo Dongfeng Radio Factory was included in Designated Factories for Manufacturing Low-frequency and Ultra-low-frequency Electronic Measuring Instruments by National No.4 Ministry of Machine Building.
In 1992, Ningbo Zhonghua Electronics Co., Ltd. was set up in joint venture with Hong Kong China Strategic Holdings Limited, and became the first foreign-invested electronics enterprise with a registered capital of RMB10 million.
In 1996, the company increased capital and stock while renamed Ningbo Zhongce Electronics Co., Ltd., with a registered capital from RMB10 million to 14 million. After years of hard work, it has reached domestic advanced level in the development and manufacture of basic instruments and applied instrumentation, becoming the largest production and export base of electronic measuring instruments.
Since 2001, the company has actively pushed forward internal system and institutional reform according to the idea of business diversification. Market-oriented and aiming at large, strong and precise, it has successively set up many major subsidiaries (Zhongce Keyin Electronics Co., Ltd., Zhongce Deke Electronics Co., Ltd., Zhongce E.T Electronics Co., Ltd., Zhongce Victory Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhongce E-home Co., Ltd. and Zhongce Dongfeng Electronics Technology Development Co., Ltd.) in collective operating according to product categories and market positioning. Therefore, the enterprise develops rapidly, and its business has expanded to network information civilian household appliances, electrical and mechanical manufacturing, precision machining, electronics and other fields.
